We are a Regional Tribal Government (RTG) for the Yukon-Kuskokwim (Y-K) Region of Alaska. The Y-K RTG was established to unite the 56 Tribal governments within the Y-K Region for the betterment of our future.

The Y-K RTG is a constitutional government established on February 22, 2021. While the Y-K RTG is a newly developed Tribal organization, it has been a concept for many years within the Region.

Through unity and cooperation, our Tribes can engage a strong voice in government to government relations. We want to ensure our communities receive proper care and support to exercise Tribal sovereignty.
