Grants.gov is a great place to find Federal funding sources for a variety of projects. From infrastructure and Tribal Transportation to natural resource development projects, grants.gov provides a diverse range of funding opportunities from all the federal government organizations and departments.

BIA provides grants to expand capacity and development for natural resource and energy projects on Tribal land.

The State of Alaska's Online Public Notice system is a useful tool to identify grants specific to the State of Alaska. It is utilized by all of the State of Alaska Departments.

Department of Commerce, Community, Economic Development, Division of Community and Regional Affairs, provides an annual grant, the Community Development Block Grant. The grant period typically occurs from September to early December.
