Tribal Summit

On August 19th, 2026, the Yukon-Kuskokwim Regional Tribal Government (Y-K RTG) is hosting a Tribal Summit in Bethel, Alaska. It will be hosted within the Yupiit Piciryarait Cultural Center. 

The Tribal Summit is for Tribal leaders of the Y-K Region to learn about what the Y-K RTG has been working on as of recent, as well as to identify ways to unify the voices of the region in order to address concerns at the state and federal level. One delegate from each tribe will be invited to attend while an alternate delegate will be identified in the case the original delegate is unable to attend. All attending tribes must RSVP by June 30th, 2026.
